Privacy Policy

FreeToolsBazaar provides free online tools for PDF, image, text, calculator, converter, developer, and AI-related tasks. We design tools to run in your browser whenever practical. This policy explains what data may be processed, stored, or shared when you use the site.

1. Browser-first tool processing

Many tools process your text or files locally in your browser. For browser-first tools, your input is not uploaded to our servers unless the specific tool clearly says that server processing is required.

The Word Counter and Character Counter tools read uploaded TXT, MD, DOCX, and text-based PDF files in your browser, analyze the text in your browser, and create downloads on your device.

2. Local storage on your device

We may use your browser's local storage to remember non-sensitive preferences, such as your theme choice. Some tools may offer optional local draft saving. Word Counter and Character Counter save draft text only if you turn on "Save draft on this device". Turning draft saving off removes the saved draft from local storage.

3. Advertising and cookies

We may show advertising to keep the tools free. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers to serve ads and measure ad performance. Google may use advertising cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. You can also learn about opting out of some third-party vendors' personalized advertising at aboutads.info.

4. Analytics

We may use privacy-conscious analytics or third-party analytics to understand site performance, popular tools, traffic sources, and errors. Analytics data may include pages visited, device/browser information, approximate location, referrer, and usage events. We do not use analytics to read the private contents you enter into browser-first tools.

If you contact us, request a tool, report a bug, or send feedback, we may process the information you provide, such as your name, email address, message, and related technical details needed to respond.

6. Server-processed tools

If a future tool requires server processing, the tool page should explain what is uploaded, why server processing is needed, and how long temporary files or outputs are kept. Do not upload confidential, illegal, or highly sensitive content unless the tool explicitly states that it is designed for that use.

7. Downloads, clipboard, and files

When a tool creates a download, that file is generated for your device. When you use a copy button, your browser may request clipboard permission. File upload controls are used to read selected files for the tool's function.

8. Accounts, payments, and premium tools

Public free tools currently do not require sign-up. If accounts, paid plans, credits, or subscriptions are introduced, we will update this policy before those features go live.

9. Data sharing

We do not sell the private text or files you use with browser-first tools. We may share data with service providers that help us operate the site, such as hosting, advertising, analytics, security, support, and payment providers if those features are enabled. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or services.

FreeToolsBazaar is not directed to children under 13. Do not use the site to submit personal information about children.
