Reading time is estimated from the total word count and the selected reading speed. The default should be around 200 words per minute.
Can I check speaking time?
Yes. Speaking time is estimated from the word count and speaking speed. The default should be around 130 words per minute.
Does this tool show keyword density?
Yes. The tool should show top words and phrases with frequency and density percentage. This helps writers see repeated terms, but it should not be used for keyword stuffing.
Is my text saved or shared?
Your text is never sent to our servers. By default, it is not saved between visits. If you enable Save draft on this device, the text is stored only in your browser until you disable saving or delete the draft.
Which file formats can I download?
You can download your text as TXT, MD, PDF, or DOCX.
Does word count include citations or references?
This tool counts all words in the text you paste. If you do not want citations, references, or headings included, remove them before counting.
How many words are on one page?
A common estimate is about 250 words per double-spaced page and about 500 words per single-spaced page, but the exact number depends on font size, margins, spacing, and formatting.
